Pedal Triangle
by Venessa Brown
Constructing a Pedal Triangle:
1. Construct a triangle ABC and any point P in the plane.
2. Then construct perpendiculars from point P to the three sides of the triangle. Depending on the position of P and the triangle, the interection of the perpendiculars may be outside the triangle. In that case case construct lines for triangle ABC
So make triangles with lines to see all perpendicular intersection points
3. Connect the intersection points of the perpendiculars.

Animation of Pedal point P about the incircle of ABC. Trace the loci of the midpoints of the sides. What curves result? Three elipses were made
Three ellipses were formed.
